Security Awareness Training powered by AME

Per HIPAA, we must do continual training to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI).  For risk analysis and insurance purposes we must show that we are performing these trainings and staying up to date on potential cybersecurity threats.

  • You should have received the attached welcome email to our new Security Awareness Training.
  • You will need to do the 2026 Cybersecurity Training –this is an annual training that is 30 minutes long, with the latest cybersecurity information. There are other training there that you can do.
  • You will also receive weekly micro training that are 2-3 minutes long with a couple of questions about the info, please do these as well.
  • You will also receive phishing tests, if you fail the test by clicking on a link, etc. you will receive a message and training right away about the security risks and what to watch for in the future.

You can log in to the portal web address https://portal.pii-protect.com/ or you can access the trainings via the Catch Phish when you have an email open. You select the Email Analysis if you think the email is Phishing.  If it is a test it will tell you.  You can select the Security Training icon and it will open the list of trainings you can do.

If you don’t see the Catch Phish icons on the ribbon, you can select the down carrot on the far right on the ribbon and change to classic ribbon or you can select the three dots on the ribbon and the Catch Phish will show as options on the menu.
